Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings in the San Francisco area.

You will perform evaluations, develop plans, support clients in real-life activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer flexible schedules, hourly pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

No weekends or holidays required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor7s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license by the practicing state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
• Minimum of one yearfolds work experience as a physical therapist preferred
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
• Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with up to 100 pounds under safety procedures
• Duties require endurance for standing/walking and other physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations, make recommendations for home and community safety, and provide resources
• Communicate patientt needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family
• Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
