Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to join our team in a role that rewards success and growth. You will collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for customers’ homes, with a focus on closing deals and delivering exceptional home comfort solutions.

No HVAC, plumbing or electrical industry experience is required—comprehensive training and industry knowledge are provided to help you

Qualifications

Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.

Responsibilities

Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to help us build customers for life.
Efficiently communicating during in-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving the comfort and air quality in their homes.
Conducting follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
