Job summary

Southern Home Services is hiring a Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to drive in-home solutions for residential customers. You will collaborate with service technicians to present equipment and service options that maximize comfort and efficiency.

No prior HVAC experience is required; comprehensive training and support are provided. Expect to travel to customer homes, close deals, and earn commissions, with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and prior customers to offer Home Comfort solutions.
• Help homeowners find cost-saving solutions and improve home comfort and air quality.
• Follow up to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
