Southern Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team. You will work with homeowners, presenting HVAC options and services, and collaborate with technicians to tailor solutions that save energy and improve comfort.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven history of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Minimum of 3 years B2C sales.
• Strong drive to sell to customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for home comfort to build customers for life.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save money and improve comfort.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options.
