Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to close deals and convert warm leads into loyal customers. You will present the best equipment and service options for homes while collaborating with field technicians.

Earn over $100K in your first year with a strong commission structure, ongoing training, and growth opportunities in a company focused on work-life balance and employee care. Some travel to client homes is required.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, current, and previous customers with home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to save money and improve comfort.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present best equipment and service options.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
