Job summary

Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team in Pelham, AL. Drive growth by presenting the best comfort solutions to homeowners and earning commissions as you close deals.

No prior HVAC experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, and you’ll work with service technicians to tailor equipment and service options for customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to present home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to help homeowners save money and improve comfort.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to recommend equipment and service options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
