Southern Home Services Corp. is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our expanding team in a full-time capacity. You will drive sales by presenting and recommending HVAC, plumbing and electrical solutions to homeowners, with ongoing training and support.

The role emphasizes work-life balance, opportunities to earn over six figures in your first year through commissions, and collaboration with skilled technicians to deliver top-notch home comfort improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to save on utilities and repairs.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present best equipment and services.
