Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship. A valid CNA license or prior caregiving experience is preferred, and you must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with activities of daily living

Skills

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
