Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home in the Charlotte area is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and daily living activities while building trust and ensuring safety.

Prior CNA license or caregiving experience is preferred, with reliable transportation and ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers and CNAs who understand the value of being present, building trust, and providing care with patience and respect.

We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.
