Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to deliver in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte area.

We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions, pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, and bi-weekly pay. Join a team dedicated to comfort, safety, and independence for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.
