Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling, a pay range of $16.00–$20.00 per hour, and bi-weekly pay. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed and grow within our growing agency.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.
