Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dependable caregivers and CNAs to help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and independently at home in the Charlotte metro area. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with bi-weekly pay, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

We offer ongoing training, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement within a growing in-home care agency. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.

Education

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
