Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking caring individuals to join our in-home care team. We offer full-time and part-time positions across the Charlotte metro area, with competitive pay and bi-weekly scheduling.

As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping, supporting seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. A CNA license or prior caregiving experience is preferred, and we provide training.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.
