Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home in the Charlotte area is hiring caregivers and CNAs to help seniors remain safe at home. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with bi-weekly pay, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Candidates should be compassionate, reliable, and able to pass background checks; CNA license or caregiving experience preferred. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and mobility support.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
