Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home in North Carolina is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with mobility in clients’ homes across the Charlotte metro area.

The role requires a CNA license or prior caregiving experience, at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and TB screenings.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and safe transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

• Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
