Job summary

Homewatch of Princeton/ Bridgewater is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator who can demonstrate compassion and a can-do attitude while supporting clients. The role leads our recruitment effort, identifying, interviewing, screening and hiring DSPs, Home Health Aides.

You will develop local recruiting plans, implement new sourcing tactics, and assist with on-call scheduling once a month to handle coverage needs. The candidate will manage job postings, build candidate pools, track application data and

Qualifications

• Must have ability to identify and hire DSPs and Home Health Aides.
• Strong multitasking and collaboration skills are required.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and social media recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, identifying, interviewing, screening and hiring DSPs and Home Health Aides.
• Develop local recruiting plans, sourcing strategies and new recruiting tactics.
• Post openings online and in print, attend job fairs and college placements.
• Manage job boards/platforms and track recruiting metrics with Care+.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct prescreening and background/reference checks.
• Maintain staff files and scheduling; on-call once a month for scheduling needs.
• Build relationships with schools and manage candidate pipelines.
