BJC Home Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to build and manage clinician schedules for home care services in the St. Louis area.

You will ensure timely initiation of care and stay compliant with home health regulations while coordinating with the patient care team. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of scheduling experience, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to learn our scheduling software promptly.

Qualifications

• Create and maintain schedules for a multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Understand home health regulations affecting timely initiation of care and scheduling.
• Learn a complex scheduling software program and its processes.
• Proactively communicate with clinicians and charge nurse about schedules.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent daily staffing decisions with clinical support.
