The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with on-call duties and occasional field coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as staffing coordinator in private duty home care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Intake and RN Team to ensure premier client care.
• Proactively schedule shifts for current and new clients.
• Oversee caregiver schedules and on-call rotation.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring caregivers.
• Provide on-site field training as needed.
• Support caregiver retention initiatives.
