Job summary

Baywood Home Care seeks a Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules, fill open shifts, and maintain accurate availability records, ensuring every client shift is staffed. You’ll communicate with caregivers, manage changes, and provide on-call support for after-hours coverage.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation, in Minnesota. Competitive pay at $57,515–$60,000 per year plus credit for experience, with benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of home care scheduling experience required.
• Home care experience required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are consistently and appropriately staffed.
• Communicate with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and maintain accurate availability records.
• Monitor daily schedules, proactively resolving call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps with timely replacements.
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling needs, supporting both clients and caregivers with prompt, professional communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance while providing on-call support for after-hours staffing needs and urgent coverage gaps.

Education
