Responsibilities

• Master the Schedule: Build and confirm client shifts at least two weeks ahead; track PTO and client requests.
• Right Caregiver, Right Client: Match skills, proximity, and personalities to ensure quality and continuity.
• Tackle Emergencies Gracefully: Secure coverage quickly during on-call situations.
• Keep Everyone Informed: Send updates to caregivers, clients, and managers via phone, text, and scheduling software.
• Support Growth: Assist HR with onboarding and retention feedback.
