Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, experience, and location.
• Handle caregiver call-outs, schedule changes, and coverage needs.
• Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, assignments, and availability.
• Communicate with clients and families regarding scheduling needs and changes.
• Monitor open shifts and proactively fill staffing gaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Collaborate with office and recruiting teams to meet staffing needs.
• Help ensure continuity of care for clients.
