Addus HomeCare, Inc. in Shippenville, PA is seeking a Service Coordinator responsible for coordinating administrative, HR, payroll, and scheduling activities with the Branch Manager or Agency Director.

The role ensures clients receive care per the plan and maintains HIPAA compliance and excellent service. The position is full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, located at Arcadia Home Care & Staffing, Shippenville, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of scheduling experience in a health care environment.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules with precision and care.
• Coordinate coverage to ensure uninterrupted client service.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits.
• Be the go-to for client updates, service changes and support.
• Supervise and motivate direct service employees.
