Job summary

Addus HomeCare and Arcadia Home Care & Staffing are seeking a supervisor to manage in-home care workers and client schedules in the Coudersport area. The role involves coordinating schedules, ensuring care plans are followed, and supporting new hires while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma, 1 year of office/scheduling experience, and solid interpersonal and communication skills, plus proficiency with Word/Excel and scheduling

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office and scheduling experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients.
• Create work schedules and manage changes due to client needs.
• Provide client care and cover critical clients when backups are unavailable.
• Supervise direct service employees and enforce company policies.
• Assist with the new hire process and ensure documentation is complete.
• Ensure chart preparation for all new clients.
