Job summary

Right at Home Mississippi Gulf Coast, MS is seeking a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator to manage client and caregiver schedules from the local office in Pass Christian, MS. This role supports payroll and care coordination while ensuring timely communication with staff and clients.

Responsibilities include data entry, schedule optimization, and on-call coverage. Ideal candidates have scheduling experience, strong telephone skills, and independent judgment in a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with verifiable scheduling experience.
• Must have at least 1 year experience scheduling over 100 clients/staff.
• Basic office and computer skills, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent telephone skills and interpersonal relations abilities.
• Experience in Homecare assisting the elderly and/or disabled preferred.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Be available for on-call duty outside normal office hours.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone with ability to take inquiries, or messages using good telephone technique.
• Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner.
• Data entry/Computer skills using scheduling system.
• Schedules and coordinates day-to-day activities of caregivers and clients.
• Verifies time, Care Records, and mileage for payroll processing.
• Performs On-Call duties as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between associates and office staff.
