Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer one year experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct care staff as delegated by manager/supervisor.
• Ensures associate schedules are communicated/distributed to all associates a minimum of one week in advance.
• Effectively communicates changes in resident needs to staff.
• Manages on-call/after-hours needs as assigned.
• Maintains scheduling and billing system per guidelines.
• Completes weekly billing review and reconciliation.
• Ensures accuracy of monthly resident billing.
