Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Home Care Agency Back-Up Scheduler (Finance) to support staffing and billing operations in Colorado Springs. You will coordinate coverage for home care and ensure timely documentation to keep residents well served.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and basic Excel/Word skills, with the ability to work independently, handle on-call duties, and communicate clearly with staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prefer one year experience with older adults or healthcare.
• Must have basic analytic ability and PC skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate back-up coverage for home care.
• Communicate schedules and changes to staff at least one week in advance.
• Manage on-call and after-hours needs as assigned.
• Assist with billing and contract adherence; complete daily billing with SOX awareness.
• Maintain documentation and filing per company guidelines.
