Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and/or bill associates and services; serve as lead to other schedulers.
• Coordinate and schedule services for residents; act as a point of contact for schedulers.
• Ensure policies are disseminated and followed by all associates; provide training as needed.
