Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Lead Scheduling Coordinator to organize and oversee scheduling for resident services in a senior living environment. The role involves coordinating across teams, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting staffing needs to maintain consistent care delivery.

You will work with an experienced team to uphold policies, drive service quality, and assist with onboarding and training. A background in healthcare scheduling and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience in healthcare or senior living preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact and resource to other schedulers.
• Coordinates and schedules services for residents.
• Ensures community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all associates.
• Coordinates and ensures staffing coverage for day-to-day service delivery.
• Assists the Director with recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training of new associates.
