Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Home Care Coordinator (HCC) to support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day branch operations in our Tacoma office.

The role collaborates with Home Care Supervisors, HR, and operations to ensure caregivers are recruited, hired, trained, scheduled, and supported throughout employment, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coordinate the hiring of qualified caregivers and field employees.
• Partner with Home Care Supervisors to understand staffing needs.
• Represent the branch at job fairs, hiring events, community events, and other recruitment activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and screenings.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are prepared and compliant before field assignments.
• Support employee offboarding, including required documentation and record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate employee information in WellSky and other systems.
• Track training, licenses, and certifications; coordinate renewals and compliance.
• Assist with client communications, scheduling updates, and start-of-care outreach.
• Support caregiver assignments and client information within agency systems.
