Job summary
Welcome Home Care, LLC is seeking a full-time Caregiver Recruitment & Retention Coordinator to join our growing team in Omak, Washington. This role focuses on recruiting, hiring, supporting, and retaining quality caregivers who provide meaningful care to seniors in our community.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, people-focused, and able to follow through with urgency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- HR experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and follow through
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and hiring caregivers
- Managing job postings and applicant communication
- Screening applicants and coordinating interviews
- Supporting onboarding and hiring documentation
- Tracking caregiver compliance, training, and employment requirements
- Supporting caregiver retention and engagement
- Assisting with employee relations, corrective action, and terminations
- Maintaining accurate HR and employee records
- Working closely with leadership to meet staffing needs
