Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver home-based therapy across patient homes in Indiana. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, focus on mobility and independence, and educate patients and caregivers for continued progress.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.
• 6+ months experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services according to the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.
• Help patients work toward therapy goals that improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
