Responsibilities

• Coordinate PCA/HHA schedules and client assignments.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
• Help fill open shifts and address schedule changes.
• Support caregivers with questions, updates, and assignment details.
• Ensure clients receive reliable and consistent care.
• Track caregiver availability, attendance, and call-outs.
• Assist with onboarding and placement of new caregivers.
• Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems as needed.
• Work closely with nursing, intake, HR, and administrative teams.
• Help resolve day-to-day scheduling and care coordination issues professionally.
• Provide a supportive and respectful experience for caregivers and clients.
