• Onboard new clients, complete intake documentation, and develop care plans in collaboration with clinical staff.
• Monitor ongoing cases to ensure quality care and client satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with aides to confirm attendance, address concerns, and provide support.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in agency systems.
