Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, client intake, and case management.
• Ability to match caregivers with clients and manage high-volume calls.
• Empathetic communicator focused on high-quality patient care and reliable office operations.
• Willing to work in an office open 7 days/week and rotate daytime/evening/weekend hours.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation.
• Strong organizational, inventory, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and cross-functional skills.
• Prior Home Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of agency staff and ensure accurate coverage for clients.
• Serve as main contact for clients, families, and doctors to address service questions.
• Maintain patient records accurate and up to date per state rules and agency policies.
• Process intake and referrals to match client needs with caregivers.
• Assist with insurance reimbursement claims for Long Term Care services.
• Support billing and payroll through precise scheduling and records.
