Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, monthly wellness calls, in-home visits, and compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of scheduling experience in a health care environment required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules with precision and care.
• Ensure uninterrupted service by coordinating coverage for client needs.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits.
• Be the go-to for client updates, service changes, and support.
• Supervise and motivate direct service employees.
