Job summary

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking a Service Coordinator to coordinate administrative, HR, payroll, scheduling, and client issue resolution under guidance of the Branch Manager or Agency Director.

Full-time, in-office role based in Hermitage, PA, with benefits and growth opportunities. You will oversee caregiver schedules, coordinate coverage, and maintain HIPAA/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years scheduling experience in a health care environment.
• At least 1 year of home care experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and scheduling software.
• Reliable transportation to and from client sites.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules with precision and care.
• Coordinate coverage to ensure uninterrupted client service.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits.
• Be the point of contact for client updates and service changes.
• Supervise and motivate direct service employees.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming office environment.
• Uphold HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare confidentiality and compliance.
