Ideal candidates have healthcare scheduling experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year scheduling experience in a health care environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Tech-savvy with standard productivity software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules with precision.
• Coordinate coverage to ensure uninterrupted client service.
• Conduct monthly wellness calls and in-home visits.
• Serve as primary contact for client updates and service changes.
• Supervise and motivate direct service staff.
• Uphold HIPAA and Medicaid/Medicare compliance; maintain confidentiality.
