Boone Supported Living, LLC is seeking a Professional Manager to oversee daily in-home care operations and ensure exceptional client care. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, client collaboration, and strong administrative oversight to support individuals with IDD in maintaining independence and dignity at home.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or human services (can be substituted with at least 4 years experience in the field)
• 1-year management experience
• 1-year experience working with individuals with IDD
• Obtain and maintain current certifications for the DSP position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily home care operations; be the expert at service monitoring and state inspections
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Manage budgets, schedules, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Coordinate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and satisfaction
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance services and referrals
