Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a senior operations leader to oversee daily operations of home and community-based services, ensuring safe, compassionate care for seniors and vulnerable clients across our network.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, and caregiver productivity, ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement, and partner with clinical teams to coordinate services and resolve client concerns.
