Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch staff to meet census goals.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills. Travel to service areas and driving are required; the position reports to the Agency Director and Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years healthcare experience; home care preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience delivering training to staff.
• Experience with compliance/audits.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions.
• Recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch staff.
• Ensure branch compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Drive census and revenue growth through effective service delivery.
• Manage payroll and billing processes as needed.
• Lead and guide administrative staff to handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
• Develop and present weekly/monthly progress reports to leadership.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and participate in community outreach.
• Ensure services are delivered as authorized and meet quality standards.
