Addus is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and admin functions, including recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of staff to meet monthly census targets. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in health care, with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in health care; home care/home health/private duty preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Must have valid driver license, auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel to the branch’s service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions to meet monthly census goals.
• Recruit, orient, train and retain branch and office support staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate payroll and billing functions as needed.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to Agency Director and Regional Director.
• Develop processes to ensure clients receive services as authorized.
