Job summary

Addus is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of staff to meet monthly census targets. The ideal candidate hold a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in health care, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is required, with strong organizational and communication skills to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years healthcare experience preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with compliance/audits.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel/PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and admin functions to meet budgeted census.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training and staff retention.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Drive census and revenue growth via effective service delivery.
• Manage payroll and billing processes.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to directors.
• Coordinate staff meetings and conduct performance evaluations.
• Resolve client concerns and grievances.
• Develop processes to ensure services are delivered as authorized.
