Job summary

Addus is seeking a branching operations leader to oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training, and retention of branch and office support staff, to meet and exceed monthly census targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years in healthcare, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills. You will drive compliance, payroll, and billing while engaging with referrals and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care; some home care/home health/private duty is preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and develop business.
• Experience conducting training sessions or meetings with staff.
• Must have experience with compliance/audits.
• Computer proficiency – MS Office and HRIS; Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Experience managing/increasing census.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Aid in census and revenue growth through effective service delivery of care plans.
• Recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office staff.
• Direct and guide staff on workers compensation and unemployment claims handling.
• Facilitate team meetings and annual skill evaluations with training.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and participate in recruitment events.
• Ensure clients receive services as authorized and report progress to leadership.
• Process payroll and billing as needed.
