Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking a branch operations leader to oversee daily activities, recruitment, and staff development. You will ensure service delivery aligns with care plans, manage payroll/billing, and report progress to agency leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in healthcare with 2+ years in supervision, plus strong MS Office/HRIS skills and the ability to travel to the branch service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care; some experience in home care, home health, or private duty preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with compliance/audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations and administrative functions for the branch.
• Recruitment, orientation, training and retention of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Develop processes to ensure clients receive services as authorized.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for Directors.
• Manage payroll and billing as needed.
