Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care; home care or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive census and revenue growth.
• Experience with compliance and audits.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; strong Excel skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative functions for the branch.
• Recruit, orient, train, and retain branch and office staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and contractual requirements.
• Support census and revenue growth through service delivery.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Handle payroll and billing as needed.
• Coordinate community outreach and recruitment events.
• Manage workers' compensation and unemployment claims reporting.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
