Job summary

BrightStar Care of Salt Lake City is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate home care and case management. You will conduct in-home assessments, monitor client conditions, and adjust plans of care as needed to support independent living and quality of life.

The role requires Utah RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience. We offer competitive pay, benefits, weekly direct deposit, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in nursing or home care (minimum).
• Current Utah RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Licensed driver with valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Conduct in-home assessments.
• Monitor and track changes in client condition and inform the Director of Nursing.
• Proactively update families on plan of care and health changes.

RN Responsibilities:

• Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care
• Provide in home assessments
• Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

RN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year experience

• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
• Certified CPR Certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
