Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a registered nurse to provide in-home care and case management. You will assess clients, coordinate plans of care, and deliver compassionate nursing services in home settings.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, Utah RN license, CPR certification, and a clean background. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assessments and care aligned with a personal Plan of Care.
• Monitor client status and communicate changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Update family on health changes and care plans.
• Deliver thoughtful, compassionate care to clients in home settings.

RN Responsibilities:

• Provide thoughtful care to clientsbased on personalized Plan of Care
• Provide in home assessments
• Monitor and track changes in the clientsconditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively updates client'sfamily on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

RN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year experience
• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
• Certified CPRCertification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
