BrightStar Care in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in-home care and case management. You will perform medication oversight, assessments, and coordinate with families to align with the Plan of Care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Utah.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care based on the Plan of Care.
• Perform in-home assessments and monitor client health.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing and family.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and families.
