Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing strategies to grow private pay service hours.
Cultivate and expand referral sources such as hospitals and senior care facilities.
Represent the agency at local events and online to raise brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing vendors on digital and print campaigns; manage ROI tracking.
Support intake with lead conversion and client onboarding.
Monitor market trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
