The Pennant Group, Inc.'s Elevate division is seeking a dynamic Home Care Marketer in Longmont, CO. The role starts part time with rapid potential to move to full time, focusing on expanding private pay client base and recruiting caregivers.

The position involves building relationships with hospitals and senior care providers, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with HR to recruit qualified caregivers. Local events and digital materials support growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home care or senior services.
• Strong understanding of private pay services and caregiver recruitment.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning: Design and implement marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.
• Referral Network Expansion: Cultivate relationships with hospitals, SNFs, senior living communities, rehab centers, and PCPs.
• Community Engagement: Represent the agency at local events, expos, health fairs, and networking functions to raise brand awareness.
• Digital & Print Marketing: Collaborate to produce marketing materials, social media content, emails, and website updates.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify opportunities via cold outreach and inquiries; support intake to convert prospects into clients.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine tactics.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain communication with current and prospective clients to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
